Patty Kane continues her ‘loose and juicy’ watercolor classes and will
introduce you to the beauty of layering transparent watercolor and the value
of using a limited palette through demonstrations and critiques. Students
will explore many traditional watercolor techniques and exercises designed
to gain skills and confidence needed to tap into your creative side.
Watercolor classes with Patty Kane will resume at Fort Myers Beach Art
Association on Monday, October 27, 2008. Both Beginning and
Intermediate classes will be offered.
In this seven week class, students will explore traditional watercolor
techniques with an emphasis on color and composition. Students will work
from still life and/or their own reference material (photos) to gain
stills and confidence needed to tap into their creative side.
Fee is $105.00 for seven lessons, payable in advance No class Monday, November 17, 2008, due to Spataro workshop.

Patty recently relocated to the Fort Myers area from Orlando. She studied
painting and drawing at Crealde School of Art in Winter Park, FL, where she
was granted a fellowship, accepted the studio artist position, and taught
