Nancy Turner Randall is a transparent watercolor painter because she enjoys the immediacy of the medium. She is considered by many to be a "colorist." She is a member of the Art Council of Southwest Florida, Floyd County Art Club and a sustaining member of the Kentucky Watercolor Society.
