Accessibility Statement
Fort Myers Beach Art Association & Gallery is committed to welcoming people of all abilities and improving access to our website, information, programs, and services. We want visitors to be able to explore exhibitions, learn about classes, access member resources, and connect with our artistic community.
Our Accessibility Goal
Our goal is to improve website accessibility using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a guide. These guidelines address a range of needs, including those of people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, and other assistive technology.
Our accessibility priorities include readable text, sufficient color contrast, meaningful image descriptions, clear navigation, descriptive links, and understandable forms.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As website content and features change, some pages, documents, or functions may need additional improvements. This statement describes our commitment and goals; it does not represent a certification that every part of the website meets every accessibility requirement.
Some services, embedded features, and linked websites are provided by third parties. If you experience difficulty using one of these features, please contact us so we can help you access the information or service you need.
Documents and Alternative Assistance
If you have difficulty reading a downloadable document, completing a form, registering for an activity, or accessing information on our website, please let us know. We will work with you to identify an appropriate alternative.
For questions about accessibility accommodations for a gallery visit, class, or event, please contact us before your visit when possible.
