Inspired by the color, light, and atmosphere of Florida’s tropical and coastal landscapes, I create contemporary paintings that explore the feeling of a place rather than simply its appearance. Through heightened color, expressive brushwork, and simplified forms, I seek to evoke a sense of calm, curiosity, joy, and connection. My work invites viewers to slow down, look more closely, and rediscover the quiet beauty and wonder found in everyday moments.
